Use this secure upload portal to send documents, spreadsheets, images, and other files directly to our team. Your files are encrypted during transmission and stored securely in our cloud storage.

What You Can Upload #

  • Documents: PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), Text files
  • Spreadsheets: Excel (.xls, .xlsx)
  • QuickBooks Desktop: Company files (.qbw), Backups (.qbb), Portable files (.qbm), Accountant’s copies (.qbx, .qba, .qby)
  • Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF
  • Maximum file size: 100 MB

Security & Privacy

  • Files are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard TLS encryption
  • Files are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage
  • Download links are protected with secure tokens and expire after 90 days
  • We never share your files with third parties
  • Upload activity is rate-limited to prevent abuse (5 uploads per hour per IP address)

Note: Only send files to valid Four Cedars team email addresses. Uploads to invalid recipients will be rejected.
