Four Cedars Accounting Group was founded on a simple premise: business owners deserve financial partners who understand what it’s like to actually run a business. Our leadership team brings decades of experience not just in accounting, but in operations, HR, and business management across industries including construction, real estate, biotech, and professional services. That operational perspective shapes everything we do—we don’t just report on your numbers, we help you understand what they mean and how to use them to grow your business.

Firm Principal Melissa Mason brings more than 25 years of accounting, HR, and operations experience across construction, real estate, biotech, and professional services. She graduated cum laude from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
